perilla

we wenthere last weekend and everything was really very good.


here's what we had:
Roasted Maine Sardines
black hummus, pequillo peppers & oregano vinaigrette

Crispy Colorado Lamb Belly
pickled rhubarb puree, barberry tabbouleh & rosemary caramel

Tasting of "Three Little Pigs"
berkshire tenderloin, crispy wild boar belly & spicy hampshire pork booty pate

Triggerfish with curry and muscles (not on the menu so description is lacking)

Creme Caramel
roasted pecans & popcorn sherbet

Passion Fruit Tres Leches
clear caramel sauce & passion fruit sorbet




the tenderloin was unbelievable and the popcorn sorbet was something else.
