you know, seems to me that creating situations that cause the world at large to distrust the US, to see the US as a self-proclaimed, above-the-law bully, especially when the same situations have been shown to encourage and result in atrocities against humanity (where the hypocritical justification for such is to wage a war on the same sort of atrocities) is the absolute best way to rpomote and invite terrorism.
